The two elements of investment in the Franchise are:

• The Franchise Licence which includes a Comprehensive training programme involving pre-study books, DVD, on-site training and two week classroom training and ongoing support.  Investment £9,950
• The Equipment Package which includes all the software and equipment necessary for four two-person teams to operate fully, as well as stationery, business cards and promotional materials. In fact, everything you need to get going.  Investment £5,700

Included in the initial franchise fee are the equipment, supplies and exclusive Merry Maids' cleaning products to equip four two-person cleaning teams. Each cleaning team, when properly trained and scheduled, can clean two to three homes per day.

Created by the Company for the exclusive use of our franchise owners, the software has been developed to streamline routine operational procedures and provides information to assist and enhance the management process.
